These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZicSet website, applications, scheduling tools, booking pages, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using ZicSet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

1. About ZicSet

ZicSet is a scheduling and meeting management platform that allows users to manage availability, share booking links, accept bookings, synchronise calendars, manage workspaces, send booking notifications, and connect supported third-party meeting and calendar services.

Features may vary depending on the plan, account type, product configuration, or availability of particular integrations.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use ZicSet.

If you use ZicSet on behalf of a company, organisation, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ZicSet complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

3. Creating an Account

Some features require you to create a ZicSet account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Keep your account information updated
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Take reasonable steps to protect your account
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised
  • Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account

4. Workspaces and Team Accounts

ZicSet may allow you to create workspaces and invite other users.

The person or organisation controlling a workspace may be responsible for:

  • Managing workspace users
  • Assigning permissions
  • Managing connected calendars
  • Managing booking settings
  • Managing workspace information
  • Ensuring that invited users are authorised to access the workspace

Workspace administrators may have access to information associated with the workspace depending on the features and permissions provided.

5. Using ZicSet

You may use ZicSet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use ZicSet for unlawful activities
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, abuse or deceive others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
  • Interfere with the operation or security of ZicSet
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses or harmful software
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Scrape or collect information from ZicSet through unauthorised automated methods
  • Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Create fake or fraudulent booking pages
  • Use ZicSet to impersonate another person or organisation
  • Circumvent usage limits, security controls or access restrictions
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage ZicSet or its users

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

6. Booking and Scheduling Information

ZicSet provides tools for scheduling meetings and appointments.

ZicSet does not guarantee that a person will attend a meeting, that a meeting will occur, or that a booking will result in a commercial relationship.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your availability accurate
  • Providing correct booking information
  • Maintaining accurate calendar connections
  • Reviewing your bookings
  • Managing cancellations and rescheduling
  • Ensuring that your booking rules are appropriate for your business or personal use

ZicSet is not responsible for missed meetings, incorrect availability caused by user settings, or failures caused by third-party calendar or meeting services.

7. Calendar Integrations

ZicSet may allow you to connect third-party calendars.

By connecting a calendar, you authorise ZicSet to access and process information according to the permissions granted by you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority to connect and use any calendar or third-party account.

Third-party calendar services are not controlled by ZicSet. Their availability, functionality and performance may change independently of us.

8. Third-Party Services

ZicSet may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, Zoom, payment providers, email providers, analytics services and other platforms.

Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, security or performance of third-party services.

If a third-party integration becomes unavailable or changes its functionality, certain ZicSet features may also become unavailable or operate differently.

9. Communications

ZicSet may send service-related communications including:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Booking reminders
  • Cancellation notices
  • Rescheduling notifications
  • Account notifications
  • Security notifications
  • Product and service communications

You are responsible for ensuring that the email addresses and contact information associated with your account are accurate.

10. Fees and Subscriptions

If ZicSet offers paid plans or subscriptions, the applicable pricing, billing period, usage limits and other commercial terms will be presented to you before purchase.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the charges associated with your subscription.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • Subscription fees are charged according to the selected billing period
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges
  • You must maintain valid payment information
  • We may suspend paid features if payment cannot be processed

Any applicable cancellation, refund or renewal terms presented during checkout will form part of your agreement with ZicSet.

We may change, limit or discontinue free plans or trials at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific commitments made when you signed up.

Free plans and trials may have feature, usage, storage, workspace or other limitations.

You retain ownership of information and content that you submit to ZicSet, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the Service.

By submitting content to ZicSet, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, transmit and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content or information you submit.

You must not submit content that violates applicable law or infringes another person’s rights.

13. ZicSet Intellectual Property

The ZicSet name, brand, logo, website, software, designs, interfaces, features, documentation, graphics and other materials provided by ZicSet are owned by or licensed to ZicSet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce ZicSet materials
  • Modify or create derivative works from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Use the ZicSet brand without permission

These Terms do not transfer ownership of ZicSet intellectual property to you.

14. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, comments or feedback about ZicSet, you agree that we may use that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

You retain ownership of any information that can legally remain yours, but you grant ZicSet the right to use feedback to develop, improve and operate its products and services.

15. Service Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep ZicSet available and functioning.

However, we do not guarantee that the Service will:

  • Be uninterrupted
  • Be completely error-free
  • Always work with third-party services
  • Meet every specific requirement or expectation

ZicSet is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be completely accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

ZicSet is a scheduling tool. We do not guarantee that bookings will be completed, meetings will take place, attendees will attend, or users will achieve any particular business result through use of the Service.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZicSet and its owners, employees, affiliates, service providers and partners will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZicSet and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your content
  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights

19. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using ZicSet at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use creates a security or legal risk
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Required by law
  • Payment obligations are not met, where applicable
  • We reasonably believe suspension is necessary to protect ZicSet or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end. Certain provisions of these Terms may continue to apply after termination where their nature requires continued effect.
