You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use ZicSet.
If you use ZicSet on behalf of a company, organisation, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Creating an Account
Some features require you to create a ZicSet account.

ZicSet may allow you to create workspaces and invite other users.
The person or organisation controlling a workspace may be responsible for:
- Managing workspace users
- Assigning permissions
- Managing connected calendars
- Managing booking settings
- Managing workspace information
- Ensuring that invited users are authorised to access the workspace
Workspace administrators may have access to information associated with the workspace depending on the features and permissions provided.
5. Using ZicSet
You may use ZicSet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use ZicSet for unlawful activities
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, abuse or deceive others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
- Interfere with the operation or security of ZicSet
- Introduce malicious code, viruses or harmful software
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
- Scrape or collect information from ZicSet through unauthorised automated methods
- Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
- Create fake or fraudulent booking pages
- Use ZicSet to impersonate another person or organisation
- Circumvent usage limits, security controls or access restrictions
- Use the Service in a way that could damage ZicSet or its users
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
6. Booking and Scheduling Information
ZicSet provides tools for scheduling meetings and appointments.
ZicSet does not guarantee that a person will attend a meeting, that a meeting will occur, or that a booking will result in a commercial relationship.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your availability accurate
- Providing correct booking information
- Maintaining accurate calendar connections
- Reviewing your bookings
- Managing cancellations and rescheduling
- Ensuring that your booking rules are appropriate for your business or personal use
ZicSet is not responsible for missed meetings, incorrect availability caused by user settings, or failures caused by third-party calendar or meeting services.
7. Calendar Integrations
ZicSet may allow you to connect third-party calendars.
By connecting a calendar, you authorise ZicSet to access and process information according to the permissions granted by you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority to connect and use any calendar or third-party account.
Third-party calendar services are not controlled by ZicSet. Their availability, functionality and performance may change independently of us.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email addresses and contact information associated with your account are accurate.
10. Fees and Subscriptions

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the charges associated with your subscription.

The ZicSet name, brand, logo, website, software, designs, interfaces, features, documentation, graphics and other materials provided by ZicSet are owned by or licensed to ZicSet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- Copy or reproduce ZicSet materials
- Modify or create derivative works from the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service
- Reverse engineer the software
- Remove proprietary notices
- Use the ZicSet brand without permission

ZicSet is a scheduling tool. We do not guarantee that bookings will be completed, meetings will take place, attendees will attend, or users will achieve any particular business result through use of the Service.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZicSet and its owners, employees, affiliates, service providers and partners will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZicSet and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:

- Your violation of applicable law
