Built for group sessions

Bookings that respect your room.

01

Seat Limits

Set the maximum for each session and the booking page closes when it is reached.

02

Recurring Sessions

Weekly classes publish themselves instead of being rebuilt every term.

03

Waitlists

When a class fills, the next person in line is ready if a place opens up.

04

Attendance Reminders

Reminders before each session keep your seats occupied by people who show up.

Simple scheduling

From empty room to full class in one link.

01

Create the class

Name it, set the length, the instructor and how many people can join each session.

02

Publish the schedule

Share the link on your site, in a newsletter or across your social profiles.

03

Watch the seats fill

Everyone books their own place, gets a confirmation and a reminder before the day.

Capacity management

Never oversell a room again.

A group session has a hard limit — chairs, equipment, floor space. Give every class its own capacity, let the count fall as people book, and switch to a waitlist the moment the last place goes.

Connected scheduling

Every class, on every calendar.

Connect the calendars your instructors use. Each confirmed session lands where they will actually see it, and a blocked day stops new bookings before they happen.

Common questions

Class bookings, answered.

How is a group class different from a one-to-one booking?

A one-to-one slot disappears after a single booking. A group session keeps accepting people until it reaches the seat limit you set, showing everyone how many places are left as it fills.

Can I run the same class every week?

Yes. Set the class to repeat and each new occurrence opens with a fresh set of seats, so a term of weekly sessions is created once rather than every week.

What happens when a workshop sells out?

The session switches to a waitlist. If someone cancels, the freed seat can go to the next person waiting instead of quietly staying empty.

Can different instructors run different sessions?

Each session can be assigned to its own instructor, using that person's connected calendar for availability so two classes are never booked into the same hour.
